Please note that all delivery times provided by Calily Flowerhouse are estimates. Delivery times from third-party carriers are also estimated and may vary due to carrier conditions.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns after delivery due to it being fresh perishables.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@calilyflowerhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution. Our most important goal is to make our customers happy!
