Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, at this moment we only offer next day delivery (except on weekends and holidays) via UPS or FedEx. We ship anywhere in California and the rest of the USA (excluding Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. No PO boxes)
Can you ship flower on weekends?
To guarantee the FRESHEST flowers, we only process orders Monday -Friday. Please note an additional shipping fee for Saturday delivery.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday, our employees deserve days off, too!
How do I change or update my order?
No biggie, email orders@calilyflowers.com and we’ll help take care of that!
Do you have a flower shop where I can walk-in and pick-up an order?
We keep your costs low by eliminating overhead like rent; Therefore, we do not have a shop.
Can I choose the flowers that go in my order?
Yes! We only offer single variety flower packs. Lilies, Gerbera Daisy, Lisianthus and season items. (don’t forget to check in every month)
What kinds of add-ons/gifts do you offer?
In addition to flowers, we also have specialty items and gifts from jewelry to home products! Our favorite add-on would be the Floral Shears. You can never go wrong with a good pair of floral scissors, avoid the struggle!
How will my flower arrive?
Your flowers will arrive in a box, with no water. We highly recommend you remove your flower box out of the sun and place your flowers in water as soon as possible.
Are flowers safe for my pet?
No! Most flowers and foliage are not safe for pets. Lilies are especially toxic. Keep your furry babies safe by keeping all flowers out of their reach.
What is the latest time I can place order to guarantee next day delivery?
Our cut-off time is 3:0PM PST, if any orders are placed after this time, we will process them until the following business day.
